Breakfast idea

  1. Oat meal cooked in milk with a dash of cocoa, covered with one whole banana and chia seeds
  2.  Rice cake topped with peanut butter, half a banana and cranberry

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tea spoons of cocoa
  • 1 rice cake
  • 1.5 banana
  • 1 tea spoon of chia seeds
  • a handfull of cranberries
